“We enjoyed walking together, all ladies, although we wish is was warmer! We like to walk but we like to have someone with us. It’s good for your health – you need fresh air and conversation. Some of the ladies are poorly, but after the walk they feel a bit better. When you are at home for 2 or 3 days it gets boring, getting outside gives us a fresh mind!”
