Cliffe Castle park

Cliffe Castle Park and Museum was originally the spectacular home of a local Victorian millionaire and textile manufacturer who had links with the family of President Roosevelt. It is now a Museum and Art Gallery surrounded by beautiful parkland with flowerbeds, greenhouses, woodland, animals and birds as well as a new children’s play area.
Cliffe Castle Park Conservation Group members are interested in all the different aspects of this historic Park. We are promoting and organising events and working to improve the Park for the benefit of the environment, all those who use the Park or who live in the area.
